This coffee produced by Ignacio Gutierrez is stellar -- it is a coffee that highlights everything you would want in a coffee.
 
We taste distinct notes of rich dark chocolate, a high sweetness level, reminiscent of vanilla wafer, and fruit undertones with dried strawberry as the most noticeable. Though there are quite a few layers to this coffee, it is very well-balanced and smooth. It performs well on most brewing methods -- we find it particularly good on V60, Eva Solo, and espresso.
