Ethiopia Haro Wato

If you have never tasted a natural Ethiopian coffee, this is a great introductory. This coffee is definitely fruit-forward, however we found that the flavor notes are quite subtle. Up front, we taste a light passion-fruit sweetness, followed by kiwi, and a "drying" effect that is reminiscent of the outer layer of a peach. (Hence the "peach fuzz" flavor note.)
Experimentation is recommmended with this coffee -- you may find better results if you use a 1:15 brewing ratio rather than a 1:16.
